Terms of Service & Master Agreement

Last Updated: July 2026

By submitting payment for any services provided by 6S Automation Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”), the Client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

01

Scope of Work & The 6S Methodology

The Agency agrees to install, deploy, and maintain digital infrastructure for the Client based on the selected "S" Pillars. The 6S Ecosystem includes:

  • S1: Digital Storefronts — Custom high-speed Next.js web applications.
  • S2: Instant Engagement — Implementation of manual or AI-driven chat systems.
  • S3: The Engine — Provision of Cloudflare edge hosting and monthly SEO maintenance.
  • S4: Voice Agents — Deployment of 24/7 AI-driven phone receptionists.
  • S5: Lead Recovery — Installation of automated missed-call text-back systems.
  • S6: Local Dominance — Strategic management of Google Business Profiles.
02

Fees & Payment Structure

  • Standard Payment Flow: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Agency operates on a 50/50 payment standard. A 50% Commencement Fee is required to secure the project on the Agency's development board. This fee is non-refundable as it reserves resources and initiates infrastructure setup. The remaining 50% Delivery Fee is due upon final project approval, prior to the storefront going live on the Client's primary domain.
  • Setup Fees: All setup fees start at $999 and are customized based on the unique technical scope and complexity of the Client's project.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly infrastructure and maintenance fees (The Engine) are billed at a standard rate of $99/month (or as quoted for high-volume AI Voice services).
03

The 61-Day Grace Period & Reinstatement Protocol

The Agency provides a strict protocol for failed recurring payments to protect the Client's business continuity:

  • The Grace Period: Should a monthly payment fail, the Client's digital storefront and lead-capture systems will remain active for 61 calendar days.
  • Suspension (Day 62): If the account is not brought to good standing by the end of the 61st day, the Agency will unlink the domain and take the storefront offline.
  • Reinstatement: To restore service after suspension, the Client must pay the full balance for the 2-month grace period during which service was provided, plus the current month's fee to reactivate the infrastructure.
04

Ownership & Intellectual Property (IP)

  • The Managed Model (SaaS): The Client retains 100% ownership of their brand, trademarks, logos, and provided project photos. 6S Automation Group retains ownership of the underlying Next.js source code, proprietary automation logic, and infrastructure architecture. The Client is granted a non-transferable license to use this infrastructure.
  • The Buyout Option: Clients requiring total ownership of the underlying source code and IP may request a Full Buyout. Upon payment of the Buyout Fee (starting at $1,500), the Agency will provide a .zip file of the source code and transfer domain control to the Client's registrar. Post-buyout, the Agency is no longer responsible for maintenance, routing, or security.
05

Multilingual Systems & Global Deployment

Our S2 (Chat) and S4 (Voice) systems are capable of operating in multiple languages (including but not limited to English, Spanish, and French). It is the Client's responsibility to review and approve the specific scripts and logic used for these demographic-specific automations during the testing phase.

06

Client Responsibilities & Timelines

The Agency prides itself on a 7-to-14 day deployment velocity. This timeline is contingent upon the Client providing all necessary business data, project photos, and login credentials via the 6S Onboarding Portal (Tally) in a timely manner. Delays in data submission will result in a commensurate extension of the delivery date.

07

Performance & Algorithm Disclaimers

While the Agency utilizes enterprise-grade SEO and GBP management techniques (S6), the Agency does not control the proprietary algorithms of Google, Meta, or other third-party platforms. Therefore, the Agency guarantees the execution of the systems but does not guarantee specific search ranking positions or a fixed number of leads.

08

Liability & Service Levels

The Agency utilizes Cloudflare Pages and third-party APIs (Twilio, Retell AI, Make.com) to ensure 99.9% uptime. However, the Agency is not liable for temporary service interruptions, lost revenue, or data loss caused by global internet outages, third-party software failures, or acts of God. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

09

Cancellation

The Client may cancel their monthly subscription at any time with 14 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, the Agency will release the domain back to the Client, all lead-routing will cease, and the site will be taken offline unless a Buyout Agreement has been settled.

Acceptance

By completing the checkout process via Stripe and clicking the “I agree to the Terms of Service” checkbox, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Master Agreement.
